Hi and thanks for visiting the first of what will be many NVI Design blogs to come.
In this blog there are a few subjects that I would like to cover, without dragging everything out for too long (if I can help it :)), what I will be covering in this blog is as follows:

So without any further babbling, here we go

NVI Design moves locations to a new store! We have taken the plunge and moved location, to a bigger plot of land, that provides us with so many more options and opportunities.
Previously occupying a location in Sabra for 2 years, we have now taken a huge step with the acquisition of a nice large spot in the Schreckhorn sim, we have opted to go for a larger store, with more expansion options than the Sabra plot provided us with, and it has also allowed us to include a few friends in the same location, these being, Voila, Dream Gardens, The Mighty Prim and .fd. We all look forward to our future prospects and seeing previous customers as well as gaining new customers too. This move promises busy and exciting times ahead and we welcome and are up for the challenge that comes with those times.

NVI Design’s new store location has officially opened as of July 18 2007, BUT we are holding a grand opening/launch event to welcome everyone to our new location. This event will take place on Saturday July 21 2007 at our store in Schreckhorn. The event is themed around the Rocky Horror Picture Show and will no doubt be as bizzare as it is fun :)The event kicks off at 5pm SLT (SecondLife Time) and will run for approximately two hours. Fancy dress is encouraged but optional, prizes will be given to the best dressed male and female (not sure which side Dr Frank-N-Furter will fall under lol) aswell as a random raffle ball containing donations by the participating stores (NVI Design, Voila, Dream Gardens, The Mighty Prim and .fd). Display stands are set up around the event location (on the roof of NVI Design) to introduce everyone attending to the stores and some of the merchandise available at the “Around The Fountain” location. So come on down to our launch event and help us to make it a memorable one

We have been working hard to build up our selection of Rocky Horror costumes and to also add a few other items.

The release of Brad, Columbia, Dr Scott, Rocky and Janet has helped to bolster our already popular Rocky Horror costume line, and the Deluxe Dr Frank-N-Furter set which includes four full costumes and accessories is the jewel in the crown of our Rocky Horror collection.
We also have the release of a sumptuous 16 piece Padmé dress set seen in Star Wars that has a multitude of combinations that can be worn, the entire set has to be seen to be believed.

We have a number of future projects in the pipeline aswell as numerous custom order requests. There are too much to mention at this time, and even attempting to do so would rob us of material for future blogs ;).
As a parting thought, I would like to let everyone know that we ARE still taking custom orders, but please be aware that the current wait time is sitting at 4-6 weeks. Any and all orders will be considered and upon request and after receiving a few more details, we will get back to you with a cost and time frame for it to be created. Feel free to IM minxeh Volos with your custom order requests.
